Safety first, always

- Biosafety oversight
- Every program with recombinant nucleic acids, viral vectors, or engineered cell lines is reviewed by an internal Institutional Biosafety Committee before bench work begins.
- Pre-registered analyses
- Hypotheses, primary endpoints, and statistical plans are recorded before unblinding — for both wet-lab and computational studies.
- Open methods
- Protocols, primer designs, and analysis code are released alongside publications, including negative and inconclusive results.
- Data provenance
- Sample-level lineage from sourcing through assay is logged so any downstream finding can be traced back to its origin.
- Sustainable lab ops
- Single-use plastic reduction, cold-chain rationalisation, and shared instrumentation are tracked as program-level KPIs.
- Conflict disclosures
- Author, reviewer, and advisory conflicts are disclosed in plain language at the point of publication — not buried in supplementary files.
